The children and accompanying staff from Yatton Junior School have arrived safely at Morfa Bay Adventure.
The dreadful weather conditions in North Somerset have thankfully not followed them to West Wales.
Although not glorious sunshine as last week we are only experiencing light rain showers with intermittent sunny spells.
Hopefully better weather as the week goes on.
Today the Instructors have had the pleasure of welcoming the young pupils from Ysgol Cefneithin.
The children have participated in the following activities – Archery/Zip wire and the Muddy Assault Course.
A fun day has been had by all with the children enthusiastically giving 100% effort in attempting the adventurous activities.
It has also been a pleasure for some of the non Welsh speaking staff to brush up on their Welsh while encouraging the children on the activities.
After a full fun packed day the children have headed home for the weekend.
We look forward to welcoming Ysgol Cefneithin again in the near future.
Trinity Fields School together with their German Exchange group + Thomas Battersea School arrive at Morfa Bay
Morfa Bay welcome Trinity Fields School with their German friends for a team building 2 day residential.
It has been a pleasure having them at the centre with the Instructors thoroughly enjoying working with the group especially Tom and Kieran on Bushcraft. We hope they take away some happy memories of their adventure experience while staying at Morfa Bay.
Thomas Battersea school also arrived safely for their combined Geography Field Study and Activity week.
Some of the pupils have headed out early this morning on study outings while others have taken part in Sea Activities.

The weather once again is glorious here in Sunny Pendine and hopefully set to continue.

Morfa Bay are delighted to welcome Portishead school and accompanying staff once again to the centre.
Abbotswood are here for the first time and hopefully they too will enjoy all the adventurous activities and return home with happy memories and want to visit again in the future.
Anyway we have this week kindly supplied plenty of sunshine, a glorious first day and the weather apparently set for a few weeks (but perhaps we should whisper that in the event things change)
